En cas de surendettement, on est dans l'impossibilité de faire face à ses dettes mais en plus quand les créanciers font intervenir les sociétés de contentieux, huissiers ou justice, tous les frais seront à votre charge.
On peut se faire aider par les associations familiales ou de consommateurs, les organisations syndicales, sur le lieu de travail, les CE( comités d'entreprise), les services sociaux.
Ils peuvent vous aider pour établir un bilan précis de votre situation; étudier les solutions pour sortir de vos difficultés (négociation des dettes); estimer si vous pouvez présenter un dossier à la commision de surendettement.

Since 2006 France has imposed limits on the amount of cigerettes, tobacco and spirits purchased in other EC countries if they are taken through France. Examples are 5 Cartons of Cigarettes or 1 kilo of tobacco. If the maximum of 10 cartons are taken through then a special document called a SAD must be obtained from a customs office.
There is also limits on spirits and wine. There is information in English on the French Customs Website.
It is amazing that the French are allowed to do this as the UK was not allowed to make limits on these goods by the European Courts. The EC seems to be one rule for one and another for the French!!
Sorry I forgot the EC is only for the French to do what they want!!!
